Cancellation Policy
At ZF Studio, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled procedure date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled procedure date will forfeit of the deposit, which is non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled procedure date are allowed without penalty. Rescheduling less than 7 days before the scheduled procedure is subject to our availability and may not be possible.
